Cookshack PA001 Overview
Features:
- Compatible with SM160 smoker ovens.
- Mounts directly on top of the smoker and removes smoke vented during smoke cooking.
- Smoke is directed through a 4" diameter outlet, which can be vented directly outside or under a commercial hood.
- Ideal for for small kitchens, or kitchens with inadequate space in the line.
- Removable grease filter and exhaust fan
- 1-Speed 75 cfm blower motor
- Constructed of heavy 18-gauge polished stainless steel.
- Includes mounting hardware.
Note: The Cookshack Smartsmoker Smokehood will not exhaust all of the smoke vented while unloading the smoker.

Will the hood not get in the way of setting the controls on the SM160?
The hood does impact visibility but there is plenty of room to change the settings and see the display.
