Features:
- Welded 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel construction
- Tray slides are 1" x 1 1/2" extruded aluminum angle heli-arc welded to frame w/ bottom load ledge design
- Vertical and horizontal frame sections are 1" extruded aluminum tubing and 1" solid flat bar stainless steel
- Holds 30 18" x 26" bun pans
- Also holds half size (18" x 13") bun pans or 17" x 25" fryer screens
- 2" Spacing between racks
- Front loading with open sides
- 5" Swivel stem casters w/ non-marking treads are securely bolted to frame
- NSF listed
