• Sealed stainless steel tilt mechanism allows the kettle to tilt forward a full 90° for complete emptying
• Tilt mechanism is self locking for positive stop action
• Variable speed mixer powered by a 5 HP electric motor driving a hydraulic pump

• Agitators are removable for cleaning and require no tools
