I've had this machine for a couple of weeks now and it has been working great. It's a perfect fit underneath my bar and having quick access to ice has been a huge help. There were no complicated hookups either since it's an air cooled model. I've heard good things about Hoshizaki so I feel like there shouldn't be any hassle out of the unit and can recommend a purchase if you're looking for a model like this.
