The Hoshizaki SR48B-12 commercial refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table is crafted from the sturdiest stainless steel available on today's market. The fine stainless steel used on this prep table is protected against corrosion that could occur over time. Since the outside works so well, Hoshizaki went ahead and made the inside stainless steel as well for an easy to clean experience so you don't find yourself spending too much time trying to get your equipment clean and tidy after a busy rush.
