  • Exclusive Marsal burner for a superior bake that requires no rotating of pies
  • 2” thick cooking surface
  • 300° - 650°F Thermostat
  • 0” clearance on both sides to a combustible wall using ultra high temperature fiberglass insulation
  • 18 gauge stainless steel top, sides and doors with aluminized steel interior
  • Heavy duty adjustable legs are welded to the oven’s base
  • Brick lined chamber ceiling option available for an exceptional brick oven quality bake (Sold Separately)
