The Skyfood DAL-6 garlic peeler is specially designed to make the day to day operation of commercial kitchens easier. This electric garlic peeler both peels and washes up to 9 pounds of garlic cloves at once in less than 5 minutes, leaving them ready for consumption. The Skyfood DAL-6's stainless steel body makes it easy to clean and a safety micro switch on top of the cover stops the unit when lifted for maximum safety. This garlic peeling and washing unit comes standard with a 5 minute timer letting you go about other duties in the kitchen while the garlic is prepared.
