- Schwank broiler burners are radiant burners with ceramic tile catalysts -proven capable of withstanding extreme high temperatures without deterioration or disintegration.
- Roll-out broiler grid is 24-1/2ā wide and 28ā deep (rolls out to 17-1/4ā), with four height positions. The front 3ā receive less heat so can be used as a holding area.
- Equipped with twin burner controls
