Crafted using the strongest stainless steel on today's marketplace, the stainless steel front door, front grate & cabinet sides of this unit are defended from some of the toughest damages that could occur in a busy restaurant kitchen, while the interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, & ceiling feature the same stainless steel, leaving it protected from dents and scratches that could occur from taking items inside and out of the unit.

The 2000 watt cabinet comes with one stainless steel heating element that produces uniform electric heat generation and provides holding temperatures between 140°F to 180°F (60°C to 82.2°C) that can be controlled by an exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature control.

The solid positive seal self-closing 120° stay open doors feature 4 lifetime guaranteed external cam lift door hinges per door section, and comes standard with a lifetime guaranteed bolt style door lock to protect the contents after ours.
