A hopper agitator will stir the product throughout the day saving operator time and ensuring an even cool in the hopper. The 6236-C soft serve machine has a user friendly digital control board that let you adjust settings as needed. A 3.4 qt. freezing cylinders recovers from use quickly and are able to dispense up to 400 cones of ice cream every hour to keep up with periods of high demand.
